Designed for use with toilets where there is no access to get a wing nut or other fastener underneath the toilet, such as fully shrouded back to wall toilets. This is a pair of grommets and machine screws. The grommet gets inserted into the hole until it is flush. You put the bracket on top that comes with the toilet seat, and then put the machine screw in this pack through. With downwards pressure, the grommet will stay in place, and the spherical section will expand to provide grip. Works with a large range of toilets.
