A powerful fan heater designed for use in industrial environments such as workshops and warehouses. It is built onto a sturdy base that allows the user to tilt the angle easily. It uses a PTC or Positive Temperature Coefficient type heater with is self regulating allowing it to gradually ramp the power usage up and down depending on the temperature reached. The control panel gives you the ability to turn either one or two of the heating elements on, or to turn them off entirely to let you use the unit as a cooling fan. The other dial on the control panel lets you set the target ambient room temperature. This unit is rated for a power draw of over 13 Amps, which makes it unsuitable for use with regular household plugs and sockets. It is supplied with bare wire ends, and must be used with a EN 60309 (230V 16amp) plug for safe operation. If you select the option to include the 16A plug, it will be supplied loose and not wired to the unit.
