Makita Corded Rotary Hammer Drill | SDS-Max | 9.4J
Available in either 110v site ready or 230v domestic mains versions, this heavy duty rotary hammer drill from Makita’s professional range is designed with their AVT in mind. AVT stands for Anti-Vibration Technology, meaning there are internal components that balance out the impact forces, reducing the transference to the user. The rear handle is fixed to the machine using the combination of a pivot and a buffer, both of which help to take away much of the vibration. The HR4511C is rated to 3 hours and 33 minutes of safe usage for hammer drilling, and 4 hours 4 minutes of chiselling. It can carry out chiselling work thanks to the rotation-lock mode.
